Felice left the practice of law to pursue sales and marketing opportunities in the legal staffing industry. Since 1994, she has opened and managed several profit centers for the largest legal staffing companies in the country. She was responsible for the hiring and training of sales associates throughout the United States and for over $10 million in revenue. Her client list included Fortune 500 companies such as DuPont, Unisys, Florida Power & Light, Carnival Cruise Lines, Bacardi, and Burger King. Her law firm clients included Rogers & Wells, McGuire Woods Battle & Boothe, and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.

Felice founded Sugar Crest Consulting in 1998 in response to the growing demand for marketing and sales training from law firms and legal service providers. The company specializes in customized training programs that provide the tools attorneys and legal service providers need to attract new business and develop long-term client relationships.
