Maxine F. Fuller
is the President and Founder of McKinley Group, Inc., a professional
services firm based in Springfield, Virginia. Since 1989, Maxine has been
leading the growth of the company, which specializes in organizational change
and development, instructional design and training, and community development.
Prior to starting McKinley Group, Maxine held management positions with the
National Alliance Business, Goodwill Industries of America, and the National
Restaurant Association.
Maxine is an
experienced professional with an extensive background in project management,
instructional design, and training. She has published training manuals and
developed and delivered training programs for leaders of Government agencies,
corporations, trade associations, and non-profit organizations throughout the
United States, Eastern Europe, and Canada. Clients include: Texaco, Inc.,
Fairfax County Public Schools, Bureau of National Affairs Communications,
General Dynamics Land Systems, National Education Association Health
Information Network, Macro International, Freddie Mac, National Corporation for
Community Service, Johns Hopkins University, National Minority AIDS Council,
U.S. Department of Education, Supreme Court of Virginia, Defense Intelligence
Agency, Naval Surface Warfare Center.
Maxine
is a graduate of The American University in Washington, D.C., with an M.S. in
Personnel and Human Resource Management. She also has a certificate in
Qualitative Market Research from RIVA in Bethesda,
Maryland.
