COACHING INDUSTRY SHOWS
GROWTH: Through a survey of more than 300 companies nationwide (USA),
Manchester Inc., a career management and management consulting firm, found that
59% of organizations currently offer coaching or other developmental counseling
to their managers and executives. Another 20% of organizations said they
plan to offer such coaching within the next year.
NEW SURVEY STAT: The Lee
Hecht Harrison outplacement firm reports that 9 out of 10 human resources
executives they polled said their companies offer coaching to executives.
